De recht vlakke vloer is een uitvinding van architecten. Hij is geschikt voor machines niet voor mensen. Mensen hebben niet alleen ogen om mooie dingen te zien, oren om mooie dingen te horen en een neus om lekkere dingen te ruiken. De mens heeft ook tastzin in handen en voeten.
Als de moderne mens gedwongen wordt om zich voort te bewegen op de geasfalteerde, betonnen, rechte oppervlakken zoals die in ontwerpstudio's gedachteloos met de liniaal worden ontworpen, vervreemdt hij van z'n sinds mensenheugenis bestaande natuurlijke relatie en zijn contact met de aarde en stompt een belangrijk deel van de mens af, met rampzalige gevolgen voor de psyche, het geestelijke evenwicht, het welzijn en de gezondheid van de mens.

De mens verleert te leven en wordt geestesziek.
Een levende, oneffen vloer betekent een herwinning van de menselijke waardigheid die de mens in de nivellerende stedenbouw was ontnomen.
De onregelmatige loop wordt tot een symfonie, een melodie voor zijn voeten. Hij zet de hele mens in beweging.
Architectuur hoort mensen te verheffen, niet te vernederen.
Men zal graag op de ongelijkmatige vloer heen en weer lopen, om zich te ontspannen en om het menselijk evenwicht terug te vinden.

WINDOW RIGHT
"A tenant must have the right to lean out of his window and to change on the outside wall whatever he wants, as far as his arm can reach, such that you can see from far away, from the street: There lives a human." (Seckau 1958 )
"Some say that houses consist of walls.
I say they consist of windows.
If in a street there are different houses next to each other, with different kind of windows, i.e. window-races, for example Jugendstil windows in Jugendstil houses, A modern house with indifferent square windows, and a baroque house with baroque windows, then nobody cares. But if these three types of windows are in one house, one experiences this as an offence against window-race seggregation.
Why? Every window has a right on a life of its's own?
But after the rules it is as follows: When the window-races get mixed, one offences window-apartheid. The apratheid of window-races must stop.
The endless repeating of similar windows, next to each other and above each other is a characteristic of a concentration-camp.
In the new buildings of the suburbs, in hospitals and new government-buildings, banks and schools the window-levelling is depressing.
The individual, the seperate, and always different acting man is resisting actively and passively against this equalizing dictatorship, dpending on his constitution, with alcohol and drug abuse, flight from the city, cleaning-phobia, television addiction, unexplicable pains, allergies, depressions until suicide, or with aggression, vandalism and crime.
A tennant of a rental-appartment must have the possibility to lean out of his window - as far as his arm can reach- removing the mortar. He must get allowance to use a long brush - as far as he can reach- to paint all a he likes, such that, from far away, from the street is it visible that a man lives there and that that person is different from his neighbours."

We are suffocating in our cities from air pollution and lack of oxygen.
The vegetation which lets us live and breathe is being systematically destroyed.
Our existence is losing its dignity.
We walk past grey, sterile house fronts and do not realise that we have been committed to prison cells.
If we wish to survive, every one of us must act.
You yourself must design your environment.
You cannot wait for the authorities and for permission.
Your outside walls belong to you just as much as your clothing and the inside of your home.
Any kind of individual design is better than sterile death. It is your right to design your windows and, as far as your arm can reach, your outside walls just as it suits you.
Regulations which forbid or place restraints on this window right are to be ignored.
It is your duty to help vegetation to its right with all the means available to you.
Free nature must grow wherever snow and rain fall: what is white in winter must be green in summer.
Everything horizontal under the open sky belongs to nature.
Roads and roofs should be planted with trees.
It must be possible to breathe forest air in the city again.
The man-tree relationship must assume religious proportions.
Then at last people will understand the sentence: The straight line is godless.

Als je met de auto van Wenen naar Graz rijdt kom je aan de rechterkant Wegresturant Bad Fischau tegen.
STOPPEN!
Ga even lekker koffie drinken en vergeet niet een bezoek te brengen aan de toiletten! (dat is een hele belevenis!)
Tussen Wenen en Graz ligt ook Bad Blumau en voorbij Graz kom je langs het Kerkje van Bärnbach.
Achter in het architectuurboek van Hundertwasser staat de hele route in kaart.
